Another successful family outing!

I am back from my trip to the greatest state on earth with the greatest snow on earth (well....). It was a ton of fun to see everyone again and, by popular demand, here are some photos of the cutest baby EVER (and some other pics from the trip).



The blessing went really well. Abby looked so cute!!! Her little dress fit perfectly. Afterwards there was a little luncheon thing at Rob's house.


It's funny--on the 28th, the day of the blessing, Abby slept almost the whole day. Then when we came back about 5 days later she was wide awake and SMILING!! It was probably the cutest thing ever! These pictures were taken over a 2 day period.
This is me in Heber in my po-jos. My parents surprised me with a HUGE doughnut for breakfast! I almost finished it too.

If there is anything in this world that I will never ever be it is athletic. Stake volleyball. Stake basketball. Never. We had a practice tonight and I can do absolutely nothing. Jordan stood me in front of the basket for like 5 minutes and tried to help me make a basket. I only made two. Two baskets in 5-10 minutes. Does this seem insanely wrong to anyone else? Is that even possible??? Grrr... why do I have no talents?

Welp, I am feeling sorry for myself so I will post a list of sports that I can do (I can do sports? Shocking...)

1. Badminton--and darn proud of it!
2. Field Hockey--I just discovered this one this year. Exciting.
3. Floor Hockey--wheeee

Well, that is the sad truth. But tomorrow is my trip and I will post pictures!!! YAY!!! Bye!

True proof of global warming...wait....

The first picture is while it is snowing. You can't really see the snow, but it is still pretty cool looking. Then there are a few pictures of the "aftermath". The snow reaches to the top of the porch in the back and the top of the retaining wall--pretty cool. The two windows are the master bath and Rachel's room.

My cute little neice

I have the cutest neice in the world, if I may say so myself. I was a little jealous of all the pictures the Roberts' put up of Beckett and so I need to put some up myself. These pictures were taken the day she was born, so they are a little old. My mom and I went out 2 weeks ago when she was 10 days old. I am sure that Abby has grown a lot since then, but no worries because I AM GOING OUT TOMORROW!! Yay! I miss my little baby neice. She is so beautiful and I love her already. She is getting blessed Sunday so we will be out for that.

I would just like to say that the Kefir culture has finally arrived. Mom would check for it like everyday. I suppose the "Hail nor sleet can keep the US postal service" thing is true because we got the mail. I don't know how they did it. Anyway, the Kefir has arrived and mom is rejoicing and has already started making it. She has been officially inducted.

Winter snow is falling down...

It is snowing like crazy outside! It is literally, a blizzard. It started to snow sometime between 8-10 last night and hasn't stopped. We hooked up the plow last night and got everything ready, then got up and plowed this morning. Then mi papi went to work and came home around 11 because it was getting too deep and dangerous. It took him like 45 minutes for a usually 15 minute drive. He called us to tell us to open the garage door so that he could zoom down the driveway and not get stuck. So we open the door and he comes trudging through the driveway and the snow came halfway up the car! It was the Volvo, by the way.
So we got out the plow truck and started plowing and the snow was so high! This was the first time that I had gone outside. The truck got stuck and we had to dig it out, which was a lot of fun as you can imagine :)
The snow in front of the garage door was like 2 feet high and that was after we had already plowed this morning too!!! It is incredible! So we have gotten about 3 feet of snow and it is still coming, and supposed to keep coming until tomorrow. Looks like we won't have school tomorrow either:) I guess we finally got the snow that was due a lot time ago. I might take a picture and put it on the blog.
I was just thinking, I wonder where all the global warming advocates are right now. They spent the whole winter saying how it is global warming that is making us having so little snow. I bet they are sitting in front of a fire in a blanket with their big liberal mouths shut tightly.

First off, Happy Valentine's day! Also, happy snow day!!! So I decided to start a blog. I don't know if I will even keep it up. I thought it would be kind of cool (I got the idea from my cousin Rachell), cause you can post pictures and stuff. It would be neat to be able to share pictures and stuff with my friends and family, because I have a lot of cool events and pics to post (Abby, Rachel's wedding, basketball...)!! It seems safe too, because you can allow only people you invite. I actually have only invited Rachel, because I don't know if I will really do this. Do you think it's a good idea Rachel? I might delete it if it isn't...
