That title has two meanings. First of all, I finally sucked it up and bought toilet paper for our apartment. We've been out for a day...or so. I even put out a whole extra 30 cents and got the fancy 88 cent two-ply!!! What are these girls doing that we go through a roll a day???? LAY OFF THE KEFIR, FOLKS. Second off, Rachel saved me the effort of making a blog post! My family home evening group made gingerbread houses on Monday and to say the VERY least, I dominated. How so, might you ask? Well, I made a replica of Middle Earth and the Tower of Mordor. I guess I'm more than a little proud :) Check it out here.

I'm supposed to be doing homework right now...
....but boredom overcame me and so I decided that it's high time that I made a new post considering I've been in school for almost 3 months now. I don't even know what to say or where to start. I guess I'll just say that school's been good! I like my classes alright and my roommates are pretty good and I at least have some friends this year!! Heritage Halls is exponentially better than Helaman, but that could just be me. But so far I've had a lot of fun with my ward and with my roommates and cousins. It's been good! Here are a few pictures, nothing too interesting though, sorry! Oh yeah, and in half the pictures I have long hair and the other half I don't. That's cause I cut like 6 inches off!
All my roommates after a shaving cream/ice cream fight at a ward party.
A nice cheesy hello from my FHE group to you. They're all pretty fun kids.Me and my cousins Garrett and Matt. Oh, the love!!
We camped out to get on ESPN College Gameday. It was really fun and pretty crazy but I probably wouldn't do it again....From left to right it's Cameron (Matt and Garrett's roommate), me, a friend of Matt's, Matt, my cousin Nathan, and my roommate Sarah.
Garrett's band's Halloween show. Cameron, Garrett, Me, Matt, and Sarah
Carving pumpkins! Matt's pumpkin reads, "MATT".
Oooookay, that's all. Bye!

Spring cleaning, blog style!
So I'm attempting to catch up in the blogging world. I'll make a post later about byu and all but I don't have time right now. But here's a post that I never finished from the end of August about my mysterious disappearance to Kentucky. So I finally finished it and posted it because everyone is just so interested in my elusive trip that didn't tell anyone about for fear of being made fun of, haha. So below this are some pictures and stuff about. NOW GO READ IT.
Oh, and one thing I forgot to add in my Kentucky post, KFC is indeed better in Kentucky. IT WAS SO GOOD. They even have buffets. Incredible.
Be patient. Remember, China didn't got build in a day.
Guess where I wasn't this past week! I wasn't in Utah! I wasn't even in the western half of the united states, OR the midwest!! Ahhh...the eastern half of the US is an amazing place. I was in Kentucky visiting this:
Pretty good lookin', eh? Don't be shocked, I didn't really tell anyone I was going. Anyway I was out there from last Tuesday to yesterday (ok, current revision, it was the last week of August) and it was so much fun. I loved Kentucky and I wasn't in JUST Kentucky, I was in the straight up boondocks. For all of you that met Evan, if you think his accent is ridiculous, you should meet some of the other people down there. I finally figured out a lot of their accents after a day or so, ha ha. But anyway, it was so fun to go visit down there, his family was so nice, and it was so pretty. It was definitely a cultural experience, haha. I am sad to be back in utah, because this state is the single most desolate and horribly ugly and brown place ever, especially compared to Kentucky, but alas. So here are some pictures from my trip. OH, and the title of my post is what I got in a fortune cookie in Kentucky. "Be patient. Remember, China didn't got build in a day". Seriously, Kentucky? Could that have been any more grammatically INcorrect? NOW, here are the pictures! This is in Mammoth Cave, it was a lot like Howe Caverns.
Hog'n The Road Barbeque, there's nothing like a trailer parked on the side of the road with two guys in cut off shirts and mullets grilling!
This is one of his brother in law's chicken houses. This is just half of the house. It was crazy, they have 90,000 chickens and they all go to McDonalds haha. And apparently chicken farming makes a lot of money. And couldn't you see dad being a chicken farmer??
Evan's town has this well that spits up nasty sulfur water. It's disgusting. But I drank it anyway. P.S. that's his little sister Kendra in the background.Just a little fishing! I wouldn't hold the fish so Evan held it and took the picture, ha.
I now understand what is meant by the term "bible belt". Stuff like this was everywhere, it was crazy religious. And I literally mean crazy.
And there we both are. In front of a tractor.
So all in all, it was a really great trip and tons of fun. Boy, I tell you what the truth!!!
p.s. Oh yeah, and if you were wondering, Evan's face is indeed healed and he does indeed currently have a goatee. Also, you may have noticed that he looks completely different in every picture. I don't know why it is but he always looks different in every picture ever, and then he even looks way different in person than in any picture. I can't explain it, but whatever.

SURPRISE!
You know, I always thought that one of the male cheerleaders at the byu football games looked a little familiar, but since I was 40 rows up it was kinda hard to tell. But I saw the BYU cheer roster today and it confirmed my suspicions.
"BYU SPIRIT SQUAD 2009-10
Congratulations to the 2009-10 BYU Spirit Squad!
Coed Men
Skylark Drennan
Dimitri Schumacher
Nate Blackhurst
David Luke
KC Cook
Christopher Welcher
Matthew Field
Eric Heier
Aaron Marsh"
Matthew Field???!! I knew he had a double life! He's right up there after Skylark.
Matthew Field, Capital Community Bank CFO, President and Owner Mountain Peaks Motorsports, and Brigham Young University Cheer Squad Pepboy. I knew they didn't rename Tingey Hall in his honor for nothing. That boy sure can do it all. Go cougs.

Isn't it about...time?
So I'm finally making a blog post!! Here's some stuff that happened in the past week or two that deserves posting.
1) ADULTHOOD???? So apparently I'm a legal adult now. Weird. I had a semi-boring day, got a new license (Umm....government, don't take this as a confession, but I may or may not have driven with an invalid license for the past 6 months....:) ), made a budget with dad, and then had cake and opened presents (I got some good stuff!!) with Dad and Mom and Matt and Amy and Preston. Don't feel bad if you didn't get an invite, it was very exclusive. Just kidding, it was just last minute. Anyway, here's a photo. Preston stuck his fist into my cake like 3 times.
2) I'm thinking about changing my name to Auntie Anne. Or Auntie Rebekah. I MADE THE BEST PRETZELS EVER. I was inspired when I bought a Pretzelmaker pretzel at work the other day and decided to make them. I found a recipe for pretzels and made them ALL. ON. MY. OWN. I even came up with my own secret ingredient! They were so good, I'm so proud!!!!!! I'll send them to Rachel for the next Mississippi Valley County Fair Bake Off.
3) I hung out with my cousins Garrett and Matt and their roommates and it was so fun! Being with them made me excited to get back to byu. Then I went down to Garrett's band's concert. I expected them to be good and all, but I gotta say, I was SO impressed. They were awesome!! The music was really really cool and well written (I think they write it themselves) and they were so talented! Hallie came and she loved it too! So we're huge jwride fans now, and if you live in utah then you should definitely try to go to a concert, I think their next ones in september.
Ok, this post is getting overly long. So to sum it up, it's been a good week. bye!

OMGSH! leik, ANIMATION!
I learned a new trick on photoshop! I learned how to animate images. And after a lot of frustration and looking up about 23480384 million tutorials online I finally figured out how to get it onto my blog! I think I needed a more springy blog now that it's finally officially warm here. I thought it would be annoying if it just sat there blinking at you forever so I only set it to only play through like 4 times so if you'd like to sit and admire the lovely animation again you'll just have to refresh the page :) Anyway, enjoy, and eventually I'll get around to making an actual post about my oh-so-exciting life. AKA, not at all exciting.

When I get married (which I am not going to do for a very long time, mind you) my family pictures are going to look a little something like this.

We're paying $10,000 for this?
I'm up studying Healthy Living (aka HEPE) which is an online course and 95% of the material is common sense. Right now they are talking about food safety and we just had an entire section of reading on this:
"Follow the label
Read the label and follow safety instructions on the
package such as "KEEP REFRIGERATED""
Wow. Good thing I went to college in order to learn that!!

What can I say, I'm 100% true blue.
So my geography teacher showed us this quizz where it asks about your religious ideas and beliefs and stuff and then tells you what religion you share the most ideas with. I am proud to say that #1 on the list was the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will 100% alignment. The list went as follows (I couldn't get rid of all the links, sorry, just ignore them):
| 1. | Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormons) (100%) |
| 2. | Jehovah's Witness (92%) |
| 3. | Orthodox Judaism (81%) |
| 4. | Mainline to Conservative Christian/Protestant (73%) |
| 5. | Baha'i Faith (72%) |
| 6. | Islam (66%) |
| 7. | Orthodox Quaker (66%) |
| 8. | Sikhism (65%) |
| 9. | Seventh Day Adventist (61%) |
| 10. | Mainline to Liberal Christian Protestants (59%) |
| 11. | Jainism (55%) |
| 12. | Eastern Orthodox (54%) |
| 13. | Roman Catholic (54%) |
| 14. | Reform Judaism (51%) |
| 15. | Liberal Quakers (49%) |
It's nice to know that if LDS doesn't work out then I've got a good chance with the Jehovah's Witnesses, Judaism, or becoming a Quaker. Don't worry though, I think I'll be sticking to the LDS church :) | |

In honor of my blog's TWO YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!! I've made a new background. Can you believe it's been a good two years??? Weird. Oh the simple times of sophomore year....anyway, it's been two years. And I was sick of having a christmas background.

Provo is a cess pool.
I bet you didn't know how rampant crime is in Provo. Well, thanks to BYU NewsNet's nifty segment "Police Beat", we can all be informed of the horrible crimes that take place around campus. Here are a few of my favorites from today's edition. I think the funniest part of these are that most of them take place in the dorms and are just idiotic freshman.
"A man received phone calls from an unidentified person threatening to repossess his vehicle. He didn’t own a vehicle and told the man he had the wrong number."
"A male student is reportedly being stalked by a female student and has told her that he wants no further contact and is considering a restraining order. He broke off their relationship back in July and she didn’t like the break-up."
"A student admitted taking abandoned bikes from campus from Jan. 15 to March 15, 2005. The student said he took the bikes for parts to build one new bike that would work." He steals abandoned bikes and instead of selling them he takes the parts to make a new bike for himself. Only at byu....
"Someone stripped the left front turn signal off a 1987 Dodge Raider in the 2nd level parking lot in the JFSB. The estimate damage is $25."
"A female student reported that someone was tapping at her window at David John Hall in Helaman Halls Sept. 3 and she saw a mannequin head on a pole. There were 15 people in the area with two heads on poles. The case is closed and there are no suspects."
"An older male was reported for suspicious activity after someone noticed him opening all the washers and dryers in the laundry at Wyview Park. When he was confronted it was learned that he had personal items in each of the washers and dryers."
And my personal favorite is...
"A male student picked up candy in the BYU Bookstore Sept. 7 thinking that it was part of a promotion. After confronted he agreed to pay the 25 cents."

How do I miss Burnt Hills?
Let me count the ways. Lately (ok, maybe not really lately, but really ever since we left in July) I've REALLY been missing burnt hills. I've especially been missing it since I got to school. I guess it's like Amy Grant always said, "you never know what you've got till it's gone"....

As per Rachel's request...
Here you go. A new post. I'm going to make a new background eventually too, but not for a little longer. I've got more fun stuff do to. Just kidding. Anyway, here's some stuff that's been going down lately.
1. Christmas. It was enjoyable.
2. Winter semester. Also enjoyable. I have a friend from home in every class, which is fun.
3. Dating. Yes, I have dated.
4. Work. Definitely enjoyable. I have friends coming in now so it's fun to see them.
5. Entertainment. MORE THAN ENJOYABLE. American Idol started last night and LOST STARTS NEXT WEDNESDAY. You had all better watch it.
Ok, so I don't have a ton to say. I should write more informative and in-depth stuff, but I just don't like sitting here and typing these long details. I've taken a lot of videos in the last week so this should sum up my activities for you. Oh, and my friend David is a star in a lot of these videos because he is my only friend left pretty much. No, we're not dating.
Sisterly love: Me and Rachel attempt to make a video for Michael.
Sledding: David and I do a lot of this. And I mean, A LOT. I've gone sledding maybe 5 times in the last week. We finally found a good hill next to the stadium and it's actually pretty steep. It's not very long though. Anyway, here is David wiping out as he attempts to go down backwards. Just ignore the singing in the beginning. I've been meaning to edit that out, haha.
Prophet o' God: I went and saw President Monson speak at the Marriott center on Sunday. It was way cool, expect for where we had to go 2 and a half hours early. Still cool though. We got good seats, right next to where he came in and stuff. I've seen the prophet now! So cool. Here's he walking out.
Other random crap: Sometimes it gets boring at byu so we have to improvise. Here I am demonstrating a neat little trick I learned from the Roberts' a couple of years ago, except in the making of this video I have a bit of retardation going on. I'm the next Rachael Ray. Sorry it's sideways for a while.
I have oh so many more videos I could upload but I feel self-conscious now after the boys told me that "no boy wants to just be your friend" because David's in a lot of them. I do have girl friends that I hang out with too, I promise!!!
